Updates to our Lead Times

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to keep you informed about some changes to our current lead times for new orders, so that you and your customers can plan with confidence.

Due to a period of exceptionally high demand, we are currently working through a significant order backlog. 

As a result, our current lead times are as follows:

- Stocked or Venezia ranges: 6 weeks
- PTO (Paint to Order): 8 weeks
- Any specification including BESPOKE-B: 8 weeks
- Any specification including a bespoke door: 12 weeks

What this means in practice:

- Any move-out dates should now be planned in weeks, not days. Please build this into conversations with your customers from the outset, particularly where a kitchen is linked to a wider build or renovation schedule.
- We are not able to accommodate short lead time or expedited requests at this time. We know this is difficult when a customer has a tight deadline, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
- These lead times reflect current backlog conditions and will be reviewed regularly as we work through it.

We understand this is a change from what you and your customers may be used to, and we don't take the impact on your projects lightly. Please do get in touch with your account manager or designer if you have any further questions.
